Our realtor referred us to this company, and we had a great experience working with them to remove a ground wasp nest. Our technician, Isaac, was professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. We requested a follow-up after a month because it wasn’t clear if the nest was completely gone, and scheduling both the initial and follow-up service was not difficult at all. After 20 years with another Eastside exterminator we were never told that they eliminated all their automatic annual service and were left without maintenance and overdue. I called Frank at Sound Pest Management™ on a referral from Home Advisor and he was courteous, reasonable in rates and welcomed our business with a variety of services. I am looking forward to them preforming the first service and will report back here on what our opinion of the service is. Sound Pest Management™ has been servicing my house for years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I originally called them because I spotted insulation pulled out of the wall on the exterior of my house, and they came out and put out things for mice and advised me on plugging a few holes and other areas of improvement to help with mice. I've Used Sound Pest Management™ for almost 3 years now and I can't be happier with the results. Matthew has been my tech and always done a great job. If I have special requests, they are always taken care of. What of the parts of the service I've always been impressed about is the communication, everything from the reminders to the reports finished after each service.
